If spoilers typically don’t affect your enjoyment of media and you’re comfortable with the trade-off to get into the comic faster, read on.

The Spring Special mostly focuses on these two main characters:

Chamomile has a tendency to focus on the first thought that pops into her head, causing others to see her as a bit of a ditz, but you'd be lucky to find a more stalwart and loving friend. She takes a fair bit of pride in her physical appearance and aspires to enter modelling work. She works at a local chain music shop, Repeat 1 Records, with Layla.

Layla was a high school friend of Chamomile and Brianna who moved away for University but returned later and is, now assistant manager at Repeat 1 Records. Quite the animal lover, she also owns a dog called Jamila. In addition to Chamomile, they also work with the minor recurring character Newt, an amateur stand-up comedian.

The following major characters also appear in the Spring Special:

Brianna is Chamomile's best friend since childhood, owning a local café called The Cubby.

Vienna works with Brianna at The Cubby, and has little patience for Chamomile’s nonsense.

Samantha used to work with Layla and Chamomile, and still remains their close friend.

The Seagull who stole Cammie’s pet rock still bizarrely shows up sometimes to taunt her still.
